Palate

Medium-bodied, smooth and slightly silky but rich, fruity, and grounding, with natural sweetness and a gentle vitality: mild maltiness from fermented willow-herb with notes of black currant tartness and light sweetness.

Brewing instructions

Hot brew:

Tea: 2–3g (≈1–1.5 tsp)

Water: 250ml

Temp: 90–95 °C

Steeping: 5–7 min

Lasts for: 2–3 infusions (second infusion becomes mellower and sweeter)

Cold brew:

Steep in mineral still water for 6–8 hours or more in room temperature for an excellent cooling summer drink.

Notes:
A touch of honey complements it beautifully.
