White Tea
Bai Cha • 白茶
White tea is the least oxidized type of tea. It is produced in a way similar to that of medicinal herbs: after plucking, tea buds and leaves are laid out in a thin layer on wickers and dried either in the diffused sunlight, or in the shade, under a canopy. If the sun is not enough to evaporate moisture from the leaf, it is dried with hot air at the final stage.
Our collection
We hand picked four most regarded white teas for you to enjoy — "White Peony", "Silver Needle", “Longevity Eyebrow” and our special delicious “Green Snow Buds”.
Each has distinct character, aroma & palate and all four are perfect introduction to the world of white teas.
Bai Hao Yin Zhen • 白毫银针
One of the most precious high-grade white teas made exclusively from young, fuzzy buds, which gives it a signature appearance and a light, delicate profile.
Bái Mǔdān • 白牡丹
A classic Chinese white tea offering a balance between the delicacy of high-grade white teas and the richer depth of green or lightly oxidized oolongs. It’s loved for its floral-fruity aroma, honeyed sweetness, and refreshing character.
Shou Mei Bai Cha • 寿眉
Renowned for robust flavor, sweeter profile and ability to develop complexity with aging, making it distinct from more delicate white teas.
Zǐ Yá Chá • 紫芽茶
One the most unique and rare white teas made from a naturally occurring purple-leaf mutation. It combines the softness of white tea with the depth and fruity-spicy complexity.
