Tea: 5–6g (≈2 tsp)
Water: 100ml
Temp: 80–85 ºC
Rinse: 5 sec
Steeping (increase by 20–40 sec):
– first 10–15 sec;
– second 40–45 sec;
– third 70–75 sec;
Lasts for: up to 6–8 infusions
